Overview

Universal Solution Packs are pre-configured implementation packages for select technologies that Cnetric has developed to enable rapid deployments without compromising quality of deliverables. Cnetric offers this unique value proposition using a combination of onsite and offshore consulting resources.

The Universal Solution Pack accelerates the time to value for the customer and the product solution.

Universal Solution Pack - Benefits

  • Provides a framework to bundle services for a product based on a pre-defined Statement of Work
  • Mitigates risk and accelerates product implementation due to minimal ramp up times and reusability of solution pack components
  • Includes all of the implementation tasks associated with the rollout of the product from installation, configuration, testing and cutover
  • Leverages product implementation methodology
  • Design artifacts are generated using the design/development tools to speed up development and maximize reuse.
  • Solution Packs are designed such that additional service requests not covered under the SOW    for the Solution Pack can be executed by buying additional Solution Packs or consulting time on T & M basis.
